Our classic milk chocolate contains 42% cocoa. It is perfectly blended to offer the familiar creamy flavour you’d expect from a milk chocolate, but anchored with plenty of cocoa flavour for even the most discerning of connoisseurs.
Our dark chocolate has the perfect balance of sugar and cocoa. At 64% it offers an intense cocoa hit, but without bitterness. With no dairy ingredients it is perfect with dairy alternative milks. Irresistible to those that like to walk on the dark side.

Training Corner: How to get the best from Chocista

Using real chocolate flakes is just as easy as using powdered hot chocolate.

You simply:

Add 40g of flakes to a jug
Add 8oz of cold milk
Steam together to the perfect texture no hotter than 160 degrees
Or
Add 40g of flakes to a cup
Add a splash of boiling water and stir into a water ganache
Top with steamed milk

To make Chocista Iced:

Add 40g of flakes to a blender
Add a splash of boiling water to make a water ganache
Pour in 8oz of fridge cold milk and blend
Pour over ice in a chilled glass

Simple, Quick and Easy
